The Daphne gym was designed to cover many of the same activities as our Mobile facility, here on the Eastern Shore. Areas were set aside for stretching and flexibility training with mat tables and assorted rehabilitation equipment. This allows our trainers to offer the same physical therapy styled programs we are known for.

Every trainer on staff holds their certification as a personal trainer as well as a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Most of our personal trainers pursued higher degrees, earning them in fields like physiology, kinesiology, sports medicine, and athletic training. Unfortunately, the majority of certified personal trainers end their education when they become certified. Our staff on the other hand continued their education to gain a deeper understanding of the human body and the mechanics of fitness.
