Whether your kid is just interested in getting stronger or is on the road to a Division 1 Scholarship, they need proper instruction for safe and effective strength training.

Personal Edge Fitness instructors are not only fully trained in correct lifting form but also possess thorough backgrounds in kinesiology, exercise physiology and athletic training; this helps your athlete get stronger while keeping them safe.

The classes are designed to be extremely fun and it is our mission to use this experience to plant the seeds for a healthy lifestyle at a
young age. This has been the goal of Personal Edge Fitness since its inception.

In our Youth Strength Training classes your young athlete will receive an introduction to resistance training, speed, and agility training. Our instructors break these basic fitness principles down into fun drills, competitions and games that all kids 8-12 can enjoy and learn from no matter their fitness level.
