Personal Edge Fitness Speed & Strength Program uses the latest techniques and the most advanced instructors to provide a safe, effective training modality to enhance any athlete.

Your athlete will be trained in Olympic lifting, cardiovascular training, plyometrics and speed and agility. Grouped to match their abilities and goals, class members will enjoy a 60-minute training session which will not only train them for the present goals but will also show them the proper lifting form to stay safe and strong forever!

Personal Edge Fitness Instructors hold degrees in one of four fields of exercise study: Exercise science, Athletic training, Kinesiology and Sports Medicine. All of our trainers are also certified by the elite certifying institutions including ACSM, NSCA, USAW and NATA.
